(一)重量限制 (Weight Limit)
Customer: Is there any weight limit for EMS Items?
Clerk: Yes. The weight limit for domestic EMS items is 40 kilos, and for international EMS items is 20 to 30 kilos. Fragile and fluid parcels cannot exceed 10 kilos.
營業(yè)員：特快專遞郵件有重量限制嗎?
顧 客：有。國內每件限重40公斤，國際每件限重20到30公斤。內裝易碎或流質物品的每件限重10斤。
(二)時限 (Time Limit)
Customer: What’s the time limit for domestic and international EMS?
Clerk: About three days for domestic EMS and a week for international EMS.
Customer: Can you guarantee the time limit for EMS items during holidays?
Clerk: Yes. Mail can be delivered on weekends, holidays and even Spring Festival. We can ensure the delivery of your mail within the guaranteed time limit.
