在這個(gè)屬于沉淀和收獲的季節(jié)，經(jīng)過整個(gè)暑期的討論和梳理，青苗學(xué)校在原有辦學(xué)理念的基礎(chǔ)上，全面升級(jí)了的使命(Mission)、愿景(Vision)、價(jià)值觀(Values)，并擬定了更加明確的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)(Goal)。

　　1963年，馬丁·路德·金在華盛頓林肯紀(jì)念堂發(fā)表演講《我有一個(gè)夢(mèng)想》，成功“用一個(gè)人的夢(mèng)想，點(diǎn)燃了一群人的理想”。

　　對(duì)于青苗而言，全面升級(jí)后的使命、愿景、價(jià)值觀以及培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)(MVVG)，是整個(gè)學(xué)校的夢(mèng)想，也是全體青苗人的理想和方向。

　　二十五年前，施華校長懷著一顆“母親的私心”創(chuàng)立青苗，從“幼吾幼”推及至“人之幼”，創(chuàng)新中西合璧教育新模式。當(dāng)初小小的青苗現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為擁有全國23所校區(qū)、涵蓋從幼兒園到高中的教育集團(tuán)。在施華校長的帶領(lǐng)下，青苗人秉持“采中西合璧之萃，品文化融合之美”的辦學(xué)理念，二十五年如一日?qǐng)?jiān)守教育事業(yè)，始終致力于探索具有中國特色、融通世界的新時(shí)代教育之路。

　　25 years ago, out of the selfish motives of a mother, Ms. Kathy Shi founded Beanstalk Education, providing students with a well-rounded international education that integrates Chinese and Western educational philosophies, cultural elements, and best practices. As of today, that little beanstalk has become an education group of 23 schools in China, covering from kindergarten to senior high. 　　由苗到藤——在青苗2022屆畢業(yè)典禮上，畢業(yè)生王一寧被授予“青藤獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”(約折合人民幣40萬元整)。從三年級(jí)就在青苗就讀的王一寧，今年榮獲藤校布朗大學(xué)的錄取，這意味著青苗“從苗到藤”的辦學(xué)理想次邁出了實(shí)質(zhì)性的一步。有了這個(gè)開始，我們相信從青苗到藤校的這條路，會(huì)被更多青苗學(xué)子一步一步踩得更加清晰、更加開闊。
