“隔山隔水不隔情，封城封路不封心”，新冠肺炎疫情阻隔了同學(xué)們返回校園的腳步，卻磨滅不了同學(xué)們繼續(xù)前行的信心和決心。在這春回大地，萬象更新的季節(jié)，北京中加學(xué)校、北京通州華仁學(xué)校開展線上國旗下演講。

　　親愛的老師們，同學(xué)們，大家好!

　　今天，我國旗下演講的主題是——維護國家安全人人有責

　　2015年7月1日，第十二屆全國人民代表大會常務(wù)委員會第十五次會議通過了《中華人民共和國國家安全法》，該法自公布之日起施行。國家安全法第14條規(guī)定：每年的4月15日為全民國家安全教育日。今年的4月15日是第5個全民國家安全教育日。當代國家安全包括10個方面的基本內(nèi)容，即國民安全、領(lǐng)土安全、主權(quán)安全、政治安全、軍事安全、經(jīng)濟安全、文化安全、科技安全、生態(tài)安全、信息安全。維護國家安全與每個人的切身利益密切相關(guān)，國家安全的真正實現(xiàn)有賴于人人參與、人人有可為。

　　同學(xué)們，安全，對于每一個人都很重要，對于我們這些未成年的學(xué)生來說尤為重要。安全工作是學(xué)校工作的重要組成部分，使廣大青少年健康、快樂的成長是全體教師和家長們的共同愿望，每個同學(xué)都知道生命的珍貴，但是在日常生活和學(xué)習(xí)中同學(xué)們還是有一些不安全的行為，還是存在著僥幸心理�？傆幸恍┩瑢W(xué)，不注意安全、不珍惜生命，把老師的教育和家長的叮嚀當作耳邊風(fēng)，結(jié)果不僅受到了傷害，而且耽誤了學(xué)習(xí)，有的甚至危及生命。面對這些，我們應(yīng)該怎么做?

　　1.我們要增強國家安全意識,樹立國家利益高于一切的觀念,自覺維護國家安全。

　　2.我們可以通過各種方式為維護國家安全貢獻智慧和力量,既可以為維護國家安全工作提供便利和協(xié)助,也可以為維護國家安全積極建言獻策;可以檢舉、制止危害國家安全的行為。

　　3.自覺履行維護國家安全的法律義務(wù)。

　　同學(xué)們，遵守學(xué)校的紀律，遵守社會上的法律法規(guī)，就是尊重自我，就是珍愛生命。人的生命是寶貴的，每一個人都應(yīng)牢記安全與生命是緊緊聯(lián)系在一起的，關(guān)注安全就是關(guān)注生命，關(guān)注安全就是關(guān)注我們自己。我相信，只要我們把握好安全的金鑰匙，就能遠離危險，健康成長。為了你和你家人的幸福，請珍愛生命，注意安全。

　　Dear teachers and students, Hello! Today, the topic of my speech is that everyone should be responsiblefor national security. On July 1, 2015, the 15th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress adopted the national security law of the People’s Republic of China, which comes into force as of the date of promulgation. Article 14 of the national security law stipulates that April 15 of each year is the national security education day of the whole people. April 15 this year is the fifth national security education day for all. Contemporary national security includes 10 basic contents, namely, national security, territorial security, sovereign security, political security, military security, economic security, cultural security, scientific and technological security, ecological security, and information security. The maintenance of national security is closely related to everyone’s vital interests. The real realization of national security depends on everyone’s participation and availability. For students, safety is very important for everyone, especially for underage students. Safety work is an important part of school work. It is the common wish for teachers and parents to make the majority of teenagers grow up healthily and happily. Every student also knows that life is precious. However, in daily life and study, students still have some unsafe behaviors, and there is still fluke mentality. There are always some students who don’t pay attention to safety and cherish their lives. They don’t care about teacher’s education and parents’ advice. As a result, they not only are hurt, but also delay their study, and some even endanger their lives. What should we do?

　　First, we should enhance the awareness of national security, establish the concept that national interests are above everything, and consciously safeguard national security.

　　Second, we can contribute wisdom and strength to the maintenance of national security in various ways. We can not only provide convenience and assistance for the maintenance of national security, but also actively give advice on the maintenance of national security.We can report and stop actions endangering national security.

　　Third, conscientiously fulfill and safeguard the obligations of national security.

　　Students! To abide by school disciplines, social laws and regulations is to respect ourselves and cherish our lives. People’slives are precious. Everyone should bear in mind that safety and life are closely connected. To focus on safety is to focus on life, and to focus on safety is to focus on ourselves. I believe that as long as we grasp the golden key to safety, we can stay away from danger and grow up healthily. Please cherish life and pay attention to safety.
