囧研究：環(huán)境嘈雜更容易產(chǎn)生好點子？

If you’re doing work at a coffee shop because of the free WiFi and great coffee, you should know that there’s another benefit to working at your local Starbucks, according to a study published in the Journal of Consumer Research. Research found that working in a place with a "moderate level of ambient noise" causes the sort of distraction that boosts creativity. The study says:
如果你去咖啡店只是因為那里有免費的無線上網(wǎng)和好喝的咖啡，那么現(xiàn)在你應該知道，在星巴克里工作還有一大好處。最新出版的《消費研究》雜志中的一項調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，在“適當嘈雜的環(huán)境”下工作會產(chǎn)生某種分心，從而提高創(chuàng)造力。
"Instead of burying oneself in a quiet room trying to figure out a solution, walking out of one’s comfort zone and getting into a relatively noisy environment may trigger the brain to think abstractly and thus generate creative ideas."
該研究指出，“與其埋首在一個安靜的房間里絞盡腦汁，還不如走出自己的舒適區(qū)，去到一個相對嘈雜的環(huán)境中，這樣反而會激發(fā)大腦的抽象思維，創(chuàng)造出更多好點子。”
So if you’re stuck on a task, maybe all you need to do is to step into a lively coffee shop to get the your imaginative juices going again.
所以，如果你為了某項工作苦惱不已，也許你要做的就是走出去，到一個活色生香的咖啡店里，奇思妙想沒準就不請自來了。
